this has got to be one of the coolest products for the ar in a while. a belt fed upper assembly to scare the rags off the you know who. i dont know how much it is but im shure its expensive.

Yeah, I don't think the shrike ever really took off.  A buddy of mine sent them $5000 (going price at that time), and he waited almost 2 years but never got anything from it.  He has since had his money refunded. 

Very cool idea, but poor execution.

They have pretty much the whole assembly prints on their site.  If someone truly was industrious enough they could make their own.

I'd rather have a copy of the Ciener beltfed upper, but to use common links instead of propriatory links.
Surely someone here could build something similar.
