I'm looking for prints or solid models (preferably IGES or CATIA) for an M70 receiver. I've found all sorts of stamped prints, but no milled AK style receivers. Anyone have a model or a print, or physical example they could make a print of? I would be more than glad to share any models and mastercam files I generate, just need some where to start.

Thanks!

Why not just get repair plates like everyone else. Seems kind of pointless since the trunnions are part of the receiver, and would make it a giant PITA

What's your pricing like, and where are you at? I get 3/8 to 1-1/4" enmills of all varieties routinely and can use a good source, my current local grinder does a so-so job. I only regrind endmills though, I have my own drill and reamer grinder (this made my pricing higher with the local guy for some reason). Also, do you have a source for recoating?

Rgds,
John

Ron,

I was looking for something more like:

1/2 dia 4 flute variable helix endmill (2 flutes out of phase by 5-10 deg's) - 1" LOC, regrind OD (straightness w/in .0005) and end for $??.00 each.
5/8 dia 4 flute standard helix endmill w/ .06" corner radius - 1.25" LOC, regrind OD (straightness w/in .0005), corner radius, and end for $??.00 each.

Can you list a couple of baseline example for me to judge your cost structure....?
