Here's an AR15 hammer I modelled in Solidworks for my rimfire HK 416 project. It's not an accurate model, I just measured a hammer with verniers and Mk1 eyeball.
It's good enough for it's purpose though, to help me design the rimfire bolt.

Brilliant ! Your charging handle model will be really useful - all I need now is a Black Dog mag and I'll have every part that interacts with the bolt and can start designing.

Nice. I'm not a big fan of the Atchisson kit but I have built a couple of dedicated uppers around it at customers request.

That was some years ago now though and I have forgotten how the Atchisson breech face ( for a dedicated .22lr  barrel ) needs to be machined. Would you share that part of your model ?

I should have explained - what I need is the shape of the Atchisson chamber inserts breech face so I can reproduce it on a dedicated barrel. I can get my hands on one here, but not for a few weeks.
