Need AK building procedures and quality parts

Looking for info. on high quality parts to use for build. Would be interested in 80% receiver. Sold my Bulgarian AKs last winter to keep the wolf away. Now things are better and want to start bulding. I am totally in the dark as to what I should be looking for quality wise. I don't want to end up with a piece of junk if you know what I mean. I have a great deal of fun and satisfaction from building. WGJ

not sure about parts kits these days but AK-Builder is good for flats, tools, rivets, and compliance parts and such.
