I'm not sure what kind of mill I should get. I was looking at the CNC Jr. IS it any good?

It doesn't look bad. For the price, I think you can probably get much more machine.

It is almost certainly a more rigid mill than the Taig and has a little more X axis travel, but the Taig is < $2,000 and isn't a bad machine at all.

Get a square column machine, those round column machines have been known to not be as rigid as you would hope. Personally I would go with a Seig X4 or larger over the CNC Jr.
