Blue Print Question

I have a few questions on the AR10 print.
The fire control group is .690 wide, on center.  The rear part is .438 wide, but is that ofset .062"?
And the rear lug clearance is .500 wide on center?  I can't seam to tell from the print I have.

Any help will be appreciated.
